Is there any beginner healing meditation?

I wrecked skiing and tore some muscles and possibly cracked a rib. I don't really like hospitals though.

Tore?

As in, are they sore, I'm no medical expert but torn muscles usually means disablility, right?

And about the cracked rib, not so sure, I saw your fall. Besides, that was the ranger hill. Did you fall forward or back?

Just bath the damaged area in gold energy every day and it will heal. Do this more than once a day if it cuases trouble. Dont miss a day though as your progress could regress if you do.
