Help with finding Sigil?

Hello 
To start off. I am a Spiritual Satanist. I was meditating and in my Astral Temple. My guardian Demon was waiting there for me. And I finally got to actually talk with him and make actual contact with him. His name is Stefan. But I honestly don't know how to find his Sigil. I know of several ways to find it. But, I'd like to know of a common way to find it? Thank you

Also is it normal for a demon to be 'over' protective?
