I guess they could if they are totally against their Jewish heritage and prove to Satan that they long to change. I think it would be no different than a Christian or Muslim becoming a Satanist, as long as its in your heart. Just the thing is that you don't really see many Jews turning against their religion as opposed to Christians or Muslims. I think it's possible, just extremely hard
